A 16-year-old girl committed suicide because her parents allegedly refused to buy her a new outfit for her birthday

According to a family member, the youngster had requested a new birthday frock for Monday. The tragic episode was discovered when the 16-year-parents, old’s who work on a daily salary, went home in the evening. Because the girl did not respond, her father smashed down the door and discovered his daughter hanging from the ceiling.

Her parents were unable to buy her a new outfit due to a financial issue brought on by the lockdown, so they declined her request.

On Sunday, the incident occurred at Sahakaranagar, near Hebbal, Karnataka.
