Southeastern Worcester County, including Worcester, Shrewsbury, Grafton, and Webster, is under a flash flood warning that will last until 8 p.m. Saturday.
Lancaster, Gettysburg, Lebanon, Hershey, Harrisburg, and York are among the counties under surveillance in Dauphin, Lebanon, Adams, York, and Lancaster.
A flash flood warning is also in place until 8:45 p.m. in central Hampden County and south-central Hampshire County, which includes Springfield, Chicopee, Westfield, and Holyoke.
On Saturday, strong winds, lightning, and heavy rain wreaked devastation in portions of eastern Baltimore County. Floodwaters rose and into a home's basement, while a nearby tree was down by the wind.466 Baltimore Gas & Electric customers were still without power as of 10:45 p.m. Saturday. The majority of the outages are in Baltimore County's eastern region.
