Fire in Covid Center Palghar Maharashtra 13 patients died in a massive fire at a Covid Center in Vasai, located in Palghar district of Maharashtra, early Friday (today). It was a Covid center where corona patients were being treated.

A massive fire broke out at Vijay Vallabh Covid Care Hospital in the Vasai (Vasai) area of ​​Palghar (Plaghar) district in Maharashtra around 3 am on Friday (today). According to Corona Control Room, Vasai Virar Municipal Corporation, 13 patients have died tragically in this accident so far. As soon as the fire was reported, the affected patients were shifted to nearby hospitals. The condition of 21 patients is said to be very critical. More information is awaited in this matter. It is feared that the fire may be caused by a short circuit. Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has ordered an inquiry into the fire incident at Vijay Vallabh COVID Hospital.

Maharashtra Minister Eknath Shinde expressed grief over the incident at Covid Hospital, saying it is a big accident. Those found guilty will not be spared. The government has announced a financial assistance of Rs 5-5 lakh to the families of those who lost their lives in this accident.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Narender Modi) and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh expressed deep sorrow and expressed their condolences to the bereaved families over the deaths due to the fire at Covid Hospital in Palghar, Maharashtra. He wished the injured to get well soon.

Significantly, 24 corona patients died due to oxygen leaking on Wednesday afternoon from the oxygen tank in the Dr. Zakir Hussain Hospital complex in Nashik, Maharashtra. The incident occurred when the oxygen supply to the hospital was stopped due to leaks of oxygen. This led to the death of patients on ventilator due to non-receipt of oxygen.
