If you want to use the Remix feature, then for this you have to open your Instagram account. After which you have to click on the three dots happening there and then select Remix This Reel. After this you can upload a fresh video or you can also add any of your old videos to it. You can also change the background of the video if you want. Apart from this, you will also get the facility of voice-over along with editing the video. However, this feature is not yet available for all users.
