NIA arrests Mumbai Police officer Sachin Waze in case of explosives laden car near Mukesh Ambani's house

The NIA has arrested Mumbai Police's Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Waze in connection with the recovery of a car full of explosives from near Mukesh Ambani's house in Mumbai. He had reached the NIA office to record his statement on Saturday.

The National Investigation Agency arrested Sachin Waze after a lengthy interrogation. Earlier, Sachin's anticipatory bail plea in the Mansukh Hiren case was turned down by the Sessions Court in Thane.
It is known that the NIA is investigating the case of explosives laden Scorpio outside the house of industrialist Mukesh Ambani. He had reached the NIA office to record his statement after Sachin's anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Thane Sessions Court in the case of Mansukh Hiren's death.
The NIA had questioned Sachin Vazha for a long time on Saturday and later arrested him. The court, while rejecting Vaje's anticipatory bail plea, said that evidence against him was prima facie visible.
