A brand popular in the mobile phone world for a long time, Huawei is now partnering with Hicar & BAIC to manufacture electric cars. According to the report, mobile manufacturer Xiaomi is also planning to enter the electric vehicle market. There is such news in the media that Xiaomi is also planning to make its own car, although nothing has been decided yet. 

As far as project leadership is concerned, the current CEO of Xiaomi, Lei Jun, will directly lead it. In 2013, Lei Jun visited the US twice to meet with Tesla CEO Elon Musk, after which the company is now believed to be showing interest in the sector. Because the popularity of electric smart vehicle market is continuously increasing.

The point to note here is that the Indian market has also seen demand for smart vehicles, and auto companies like Tata, Mahindra are offering their electric vehicles. Meanwhile, mobile giant Apple is also working on an electric car. For which Apple has also approached several vehicle companies. It is expected that Apple's car can be produced on Hyundai's electric vehicle platform.

In the same sequence, recently there has been a statement from the Japanese company Nissan that it is not in any way in contact with the iPhone maker company regarding the self-driving car. If you are aware, some time ago the initial stage negotiations between Apple and Hyundai Motor Group regarding self-driving electric cars did not yield any significant results.
