India Post Recruitment 2021: Recruitment of 233 Gramin Dak Sevaks in Delhi Postal Circle, applications start today

According to the update released on India Post Recruitment 2021 Postal Department's GDS recruitment portal appost.in, applications for Delhi Circle Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment 2021 have started from today. The application process has been kept completely online.

The process of recruitment of Gramin Dak Sevaks in various postal circles across the country is being conducted by the Indian Postal Department in turn. The department has now issued a notification for the recruitment of a total of 233 Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in the post offices of Delhi Circle, Branch Postmaster, Assistant Branch Postmaster and Dak Sevak categories. According to the update released on the post department's GDS recruitment portal, appost.in, applications for Delhi Circle Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment 2021 have started from today. The application process has been kept completely online. Interested candidates can apply on the recruitment portal by the last date, 26 February 2021.

Who can apply?

Candidates desirous of India Post Delhi Circle GDS Application 2021 should pass secondary or high school or 10th board examination in any stream from a recognized board. In addition, the candidates should have studied the local language (Hindi) of the respective state (Delhi) to at least 10th standard. At the same time, the last date of application of the candidates on 27 January 2021 should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years. Apart from this, relaxation in the maximum age limit will also be given to the candidates of reserved classes, which will be up to 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC / ST and 10 years for the differently-abled. See notification for other sections.

How to apply

Candidates wishing to apply will have to complete the application process on the recruitment portal in three stages - Stage 1 registration, Stage 2 fees paid and Stage 3 application online. Candidates can submit the India Post Delhi Circle GDS Application 2021 by clicking on the different tabs given for the three stages on the recruitment portal, paying the required details and fees.
